Introduction

Project F@xService provides the set of services for automation of the fax exchange within the company. These services allow optimizing the business processes related with sending/receiving fax messages. Usage of these services allows:

	Increase the availability of the company for customers and partners
	Decrease time losses
	Completely turn the fax exchange into electronic form.
	Decrease expenses for international and long-distance calls.

Phone lines of the F@xService project are connected to the modern multi-channel equipment allowing to process a big amount of faxes simultaneously.
